Dr. Carlos M. Diaz, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist and the Chief Medical Officer of Life Psychiatry, a five-star outpatient mental health clinic in Mobile, Alabama.

Dr. Carlos E. Alemán is the CEO of the Hispanic and Immigrant Center of Alabama (¡HICA!), Alabama’s leading community development and advocacy organization for Latino and immigrant families in Alabama. He is also the President of the Camino Loan Fund, HICA’s emerging CDFI.
Silvia Lessa Skultety
Silvia Lessa Skultety is a Brazilian-American entrepreneur, real estate broker, and community leader, serving as the owner of Mobile Bay Real Estate and president of HABAGC, where she champions cultural and entrepreneurial growth across Mobile, Alabama.
