The ¡HICA! Junior Board presents the inagural Birmingham pig roast

What happens at a pig roast? There's a lot that goes down before we're ready to eat. First, we build a fire pit. Then, after seasoning the lechones, we slow cook them—for hours and hours (read, overnight). Those hours are a lot of fun. In fact, you might want to come grab a photo with the pig before we dig in.
Join us for juicy, tender pulled pork, delicious sides, family-friendly entertainment and more. Plus, try the Lagerveza—a beer by Cahaba Brewing Company brewed just for the event. We’ll bring los lechones (those are the succulent pigs, ready to slow roast for hours). You bring your appetite. Welcome to our familia.
